Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Depending on the destination, you can expect to receive your order within approximately one week, based on our carrier’s delivery times.

Due to the hygienic nature of the product, bibs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

On that note, we like our products to last a long time (and so does the planet 🌏). If you experience an issue related to wear and tear, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

Europe and the United States: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
